Flutter Developer Intern

About the role

Internship Structure- • Internship Type: Full-Time, Unpaid Internship • Work Mode: Fully Remote • Duration: 3 Months- 6 Months • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8–9 hours per day About the Opportunity- THC Consulting FZE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Intern to join our growing technology team on a full-time, fully remote basis. This internship is designed for individuals who are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in Flutter and mobile application development. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with our development and product teams, and strengthen their technical skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities- • Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. • Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive and user-friendly mobile experiences. • Assist with integrating REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications. • Work with authentication, databases, notifications, and third-party services. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and basic technical issues under the guidance of senior developers. • Assist in optimizing applications for performance, stability, and responsiveness across Android and iOS. • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product teams, and other stakeholders. • Participate in code reviews and follow established coding and development standards. • Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code. • Perform application testing and assist with release and deployment activities. • Learn and apply Flutter, Dart, mobile development best practices, and emerging technologies. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within agreed timelines.

What we're looking for

Requirements • Basic to good understanding of Flutter and Dart. • Understanding of mobile application development concepts. • Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration. • Basic understanding of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or similar. • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development workflows. • Understanding of responsive UI development. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve technical skills. • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. • Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly and meet agreed deadlines. Preferred Qualifications- • Familiarity with Firebase and related services. • Basic understanding of push notifications and authentication. • Familiarity with publishing or deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store. • Basic understanding of CI/CD and mobile application deployment workflows. • Interest in AI-powered applications or integrating AI/LLM APIs is a plus. • Academic projects, personal Flutter projects, GitHub repositories, or relevant coursework will be considered an advantage.mak
