This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, live streaming, content creation, brand building, and AI-powered marketing. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support the growth and promotion of our innovative brands, including Blingram, Bellokey, and THC. You will help create engaging content, build online communities, host live sessions, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to growing our global audience. This opportunity is ideal for aspiring marketers, content creators, influencers, live streamers, recent graduates, and students looking to develop practical skills and industry experience in a fast-growing international environment. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Management & Growth • Assist in managing and growing company presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates. • Support community management and audience engagement activities. • Help implement social media growth strategies to increase reach and engagement. • Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally. • Live Streaming & Audience Engagement • Host and participate in live streaming sessions on Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and other relevant platforms. • Represent THC Consulting FZE and its brands professionally during live sessions. • Introduce audiences to Blingram, Bellokey, and company initiatives. • Encourage audience participation, registrations, downloads, and engagement. • Conduct Q&A sessions, discussions, challenges, and other interactive activities. • Build awareness and excitement around products, campaigns, and community initiatives. • Content Creation & Influencer Marketing • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms. • Assist with influencer outreach and creator collaborations. • Support video creation, editing, and content optimization. • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement. • Help develop brand-focused content that aligns with company goals and messaging. • AI-Powered Marketing • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and similar technologies. • Support content generation, campaign planning, and competitor research. • Assist with marketing automation and workflow improvements. • Explore innovative ways to improve content performance using AI solutions. • SEO & Digital Marketing Support • Assist with keyword research and content optimization. • Support SEO and organic visibility initiatives. • Conduct competitor and industry research. • Monitor digital marketing trends and identify growth opportunities. • Analytics & Reporting • Track and monitor social media performance metrics. • Analyze audience growth, engagement levels, and campaign performance. • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. • Assist in preparing reports and marketing performance summaries.

What we're looking for

Requirements • Must be based in Europe, United States or Asia. • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field. • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and influencer marketing. • Active on one or more social media platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Comfortable speaking confidently in front of online audiences. • Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus. • Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience creating social media content. • Experience hosting live streams, webinars, or online events. • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies. • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. • Existing social media audience with consistent engagement is an advantage. • Additional language skills are considered a plus. Internship Compensation This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The internship is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience, professional development, industry exposure, and practical training in digital marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, live streaming, content creation, and AI-powered marketing.
