Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

THC Consulting FZE is currently partnering with a leading multinational healthcare organization with a strong presence across the UAE and international markets to identify an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a strategic opportunity for a regulatory professional with 8+ years of experience to lead regulatory activities, ensure compliance across product portfolios, and work closely with health authorities and cross-functional stakeholders across the UAE and international markets. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or aesthetics, with aesthetics regulatory experience being highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and variations. 2. Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with UAE and international requirements. 3. Liaise with health authorities and regulatory bodies. 4. Review product documentation, labeling, and promotional materials. 5. Support new product launches and product lifecycle management. 6. Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal stakeholders accordingly. 7. Collaborate closely with Medical, Quality, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Requirements: 1. 8+ years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience. 2. Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, with international regulatory exposure. 3. Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field. 4. Proven experience in product registration and regulatory submissions. 5. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. 6. Excellent English communication skills. 7. Aesthetics experience is highly preferred, particularly with aesthetic products, medical devices, or related healthcare portfolios. 8. UAE regulatory experience is strongly preferred, along with exposure to international markets.
